In October 2010, DVRCapital, Aforge Finance and Tegris agreed upon a strategic cooperation in which the three firms will cooperate on an exclusive basis on the origination and execution of cross-border transactions between Italy, the US and France.

The combined team of DVRCapital, Tegris and Aforge Finance includes high-profile senior bankers with solid international backgrounds. The team’s experience encompasses both large and mid-cap transactions worldwide and spans across M&A, capital markets, acquisition financing and restructuring. As part of this initiative, dedicated Italian-speaking staff will be based in New York at Tegris’s offices.
